1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AVS Platform at avsplatform.biz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all original content you upload or create on the platform. By posting content, you grant Andrews Vision Studio LLC a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to post illegal content, harass other users, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
AVS Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge for review.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Andrews Vision Studio LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.
